SXSW is Austin's genre-defying spring institution: a tech and innovation conference fused with film, TV, music and comedy festivals across seven days downtown. Since 1987 it has grown into a global cultural clearing house — 850+ sessions, hundreds of screenings and showcases — where brands stage their most ambitious activations and where breakout products have historically met their first mass audience.
