Q-Summit is Germany's largest student-led startup conference, organized each spring by students of the University of Mannheim. What began as a campus initiative has become a fixture of the German startup calendar: two days of talks, workshops and matchmaking between students, founders, corporates and investors, preceded by a hackathon. Its volunteer-built scale — and the energy that comes with it — is the point.
